happy birthday sculpture

we created this for a gentlemans 70th birthday.

he sculpts wood carvings and we re-created on of his wood sculptures out of cake!

it was the hit of the party!

fall grooms cake

we created this fall grooms cake for beth who owns the best floral shop in wallace, nc.

it was filled with chocolate cake and cream cheese icing, pumpkin cake with cream cheese icing and yellow pound cake with vanilla buttercream.

it was a perfect fall day!

holiday pies and desserts

now's the time to order your holiday desserts.

everyone is getting ready for the holidays

including us....

we have your favorites this season,

pumpkin, pecan, sweet potato,

chocolate pecan and chocolate bourbon pecan pies.

this year we're offering a carrot cake, piled high with cream

cheese frosting and chopped pecans.

new fall menu

i think fall has finally come... yeah! it feels so great outside after having been 90 degrees for the past few days....

so we've switched to our fall menu and changed up some items.

we've added baked potatoes and quiche to the combos - and for her first time making quiche cassy did a great job! it's delish!

we've also added a southwest chicken melt with chipolte mayo, a southern bbq chicken sandwich, garden salad, chicken salad salad and a panko breaded soft shell crab salad that is pretty darn tasty too!
